There are three usual methods of invoicing for architects fees:

• A quoted percentage of the final cost of the building work.
• A fixed calculated lump sum or sums.
• Time charge basis.

These three methods are totally dependant on the type, size and complexity of a project and we can advise you as to the most economical approach.
