OUR FEES
There are three usual methods of invoicing for fees:

  1. A quoted percentage of the final cost of the building work.
  2. A fixed calculated lump sum or sums.
  3. Time charge basis.

These three methods are totally dependant on the type & size of project and we can advise you as to the most economical approach.
